I specialize in working with clients experiencing symptoms of anxiety, depression, and emotional trauma. Relationships are essential for our mental well-being, but when unhealthy relationship patterns form, they can also negatively impact our mental health. Whether it’s with a partner, family member, or others, much of my work involves helping people identify and address problems such as control issues, anger, trouble with setting or keeping boundaries, people-pleasing, conflict avoidance, enabling, low self-esteem, and fear of abandonment.
